VRINDA RAJKUMAR
Vrinda is a banking professional who started her career in IT Consulting. She works with AmBank as Head of Central Programme Management and Deputy Head for Digital Banking.
She is responsible for all large technology projects of the bank and she drives digitalization of the bank, especially in Consumer Internet Banking via AmOnline.
She started her working career at CIMB and then later at AmBank. She was exposed to Lean Six Sigma as a vendor first, as part of Quality Consulting and again more directly when she held the position of Head, Group Operations at CIMB, responsible for driving cost efficiencies and quality improvement.
She continues to draw inspiration and see relevance of Lean Six Sigma in every portfolio she has held since her initial experience with the method, twenty years ago.
